Veterans Adventure Group - Sea Programs

Kiteboarding Program

Our Mission.

The mission is to connect veterans to nature through the thrilling sport of kiteboarding.

Our vision is to:

  • Provide the veteran with an exhilarating watersports experience
  • Safely teach the kiteboarding and generate independence for the veteran to pursue the sport beyond Veterans Adventure Group
  • Provide a sense of community and connection within the sport
  • Provide a venue that nurtures a sense of joy and freedom

Our goal is to foster team building through kiteboarding and conduct organization assessments, discuss current operations, and build a road map for the future.

About this program.

Kiteboarding is an exciting sport that uses a specially designed water–relaunchable kite to propel a rider or kiteboarder over the water and into the air. The sport harnesses the forces of nature and you can propel yourself into the sky boosting from small jump to meters high.

Our program takes place in:

  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Florida

Our program is taught by a PASA (Professional Air Sports Association) Level 3 kiteboarding instructor.

Absolutely; we are able to teach any ability. Our kiteboarding instruction is left-leg amputee and absolutely crushes!
